Stage 1
- Visit the client
- Listen to the client’s ideas to fulfill their project’s needs
- Once heard, I will guide the client, according to my experience, to make the project more practical
- Take the measurements for the project
Stage 2
- Draw the desired project
- Send the preliminary drawing to the client for them to review, modify, suggest, and approve
Stage 3
- Submit the plans to the county
- Draft the contract including the construction project schedule
Stage 4
